LUMINOUS PAINTSL Radium was used for watch, clock dials, and instrument panels due to it's ability to glow in the dark(was popular until health risks concerning radium exposure)

CONSUMER PRODUCTS: Radium used to be used in consumer products such as toothpaste, cosmetics, and food items. People believed that Radium had health benefits.
